About This Site

My name is Garry Pettet. I'm a retro enthusiast, radiologist and software developer.

On this site you'll find details of my Amstrad CPC collection. I grew up with this computer and it had a big impact on me, inspiring me to learn about computers and how they work.

I'm trying to collect as much as I can related to this system. Rather than just gobble up large batches of tapes and books from eBay, I will not buy more stuff until I've written an article about the last purchase. This will force me to play every game, tinker with every piece of hardware and at least thumb through every book in my collection.
